Consultancy services and structural design
Some of the projects where we have provided consultancy services in cooperation with Bauingenieurbüro Kuhnert include the following:

School building Großkorbetha:
-  Renovation and extension of 4-storey existing school building
-  Structural design in accordance with HOAI §64 stages 1 – 5
   equivalent to RIBA work stages A – F
-  Construction Cost 1.5 Mio. €
-  Including site supervision

Service building Spergau:
-  Construction of 1-storey service building
-  Structural design in accordance with HOAI §64 stages 1 – 5
   equivalent to RIBA work stages A – F
-  Construction cost 1.1 Mio. €
-  Including site supervision

„Ritterhof“ Merseburg:
-  Construction of one 4-storey residential property, 
   one 4-storey service building and one 3-storey commercial
   property
-  Structural design in accordance with HOAI §64 stages 1 – 5
   equivalent to RIBA work stages A – F
-  Construction cost 2.1 Mio. €
-  Including site supervision

Hotel building „Zur Linde Spergau“:
-  Construction of 2-storey hotel building including fully fitted
   out attic
-  Structural design in accordance with HOAI §64 stages 1 – 5
   equivalent to RIBA work stages A – F
-  Construction cost 1.2 Mio. €
-  Including site supervision

Road Bridge – Ras Laffan, Qatar for High Point Rendel, London, UK
-  Structural design for six 4-lane up to 178 m long pre-stressed concrete beam road bridges

Lift and Movement of footbridge, Gatwick Airbridge for Dorman Long Technology, Higham Ferrers, UK
-  Structural design for lifting structure to lift and move 175 m long (2185 tonnes) bridge
   across Gatwick Airport
